Engelbert Schramm is a co-founder of ISOE and a research associate. He studied biology, chemistry and education at Goethe University, Frankfurt am Main and received his doctorate in 1995 from Darmstadt Technical University, with a thesis on the history of the concept of circulation. His research focuses on sustainable resource management, support research and regional sustainability.
